Policies: There is a cancellation fee of 100% of the service if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time or if you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment start time. If you would like to schedule a new appointment you will be required to pay a new deposit. • Deposits are required to book. Each deposit is 50% of the service price. The remainder is due at the end of the service. Adjustments to the final price may be made depending on product usage and time overages. • Parking is available in Workshops parking lot. • When you arrive please text me at (720) 900-4479 to let me know you're here and wait in your car until I text you that I'm ready. • If you want to bring a guest please let me know ahead of time. We have limited space but reasonable accommodations can be made. Only one (1) guest per client please. • There is a 15 minute grace period for lateness. After 15 minutes your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. Please let me know if you're running late. • Please let me know if you're running late or can't make your appointment. If you're late you may need to be rescheduled or your appointment may be canceled • No guests unless cleared by me • Please text me when you arrive, I get startled when I don't know to expect someone to open my door. • Please wait in your car, outside at the tables by the cafe, or in the lounge area on the 3rd floor until your scheduled appointment time unless I tell you to come in early
